Isaac Jackson has served the Haines City Police Department since 2007. He worked with the Community Oriented Policing (COPs) Unit as an Officer, Corporal and Sergeant. He also served the Patrol Division as a Corporal and Sergeant. Most recently serving as Lieutenant of the Criminal Investigative Division. Deputy Chief Jackson also served the Haines City Police Department as the lead trainer and Training Coordinator. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the historical Bethune-Cookman University, and a master’s degree from St. Leo University. He is a graduate of the Tri-City Leadership Academy, and the Florida State University’s Certified Public Manager (CPM) program.
Nicholas Dublino has served the Haines City Police Department since 2014. He worked as a Patrol Corporal for over a year before being promoted to a Patrol Sergeant. Most recently serving as Sergeant over Body Worn Camera's (BWC) as well as our Field Training Officer Program. Captain Dublino holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Saint Leo University. He is a graduate of the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (LEEDA) Leadership program, and Schoo of Police Staff and Command Class #582 from Northwestern University.
The Patrol Division consists of four patrol shifts and school resource officers. Members of the Patrol Division are the most visible members of the department. Committed to the Community Policing philosophy, the Uniform Patrol Division of the Haines City Police Department provides public safety services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, and responds to emergency and non-emergency calls for service. The Patrol Division annually responds to more than 10,000 calls for service.
