Pool Pass Information
2026 Season Passes will be available for purchase starting March 2, 2026.
Season passes for both the Lake Eva Aquatics Center & the Janet J. Smith Aquatic Facility can be purchased at the Lake Eva Community Center or the Oakland Neighborhood Center during their offices hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ONLY. Passes cannot be purchased at the pools.
Each facility will have its own pass (if you purchase a pass for Lake Eva, it cannot be used at Janet J. Smith, and if you purchase a pass for JJS, it cannot be used at Lake Eva). Please read the following information carefully:
Items required for purchase:
- Valid ID for both parents
- Birth certificates for each child
- Photos of each child

Individual: $40 + tax
Family*: $100 + tax (Additional children ages 17 and under can be added to the Family Pass for $15 + tax per child)
*Definition of family for pass purposes: Family Pass consists of parents/legal guardians and children ages 17 and under, with a maximum of 5 people. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, or children ages 18 and older cannot be included on a Family Pass.

Individual Haines City Resident: $25 + tax
Individual Non-Resident: $50 + tax
Family* Haines City Resident: $50 + tax (Additional children ages 17 and under can be added to the Family Pass for $20.00 + tax per child)
Family* Non-Resident: $75 + tax (Additional children ages 17 and under can be added to the Family Pass for $20.00 + tax per child.)

Season Pass General Information
- Season passes are valid for the 2026 season, during normal operating hours.
- Purchasing a season pass does not guarantee entry into the facility. All guests must wait in the admission line.
- Haines City Parks & Recreation reserves the right to terminate a season pass for those that do not follow the rules and regulations of the Lake Eva Aquatics Center or the Janet J. Smith Aquatic Facility.
- To purchase an individual pass, please bring your photo ID. To purchase a family pass, please bring your photo ID and Children's birth certificates. *Additionally, those purchasing passes to the Janet J. Smith Aquatic Facility will need to bring proof of Haines City residency (current water bill or property tax statement showing taxes paid to the City of Haines City).
- Each family member will be given their own Haines City Parks & Rec card with a barcode that connects to their Community Pass account, and will hold the person's pass information as well as a photo ID. Photos can be taken by Parks & Rec staff at both of of the recreation offices. If a person is not able to be present when the pass is purchased, photos will need to be uploaded to your account. These photos can be uploaded by you personally while logged into your account, or can be emailed to Parks & Rec staff, who can upload it for you.
