The Lake Eva Aquatic Center and the Janet J. Smith Aquatic Facility can
be reserved for your private events. Reservations are available on Saturdays
and Sundays only.

Reservations will be accepted starting March 30, 2026.

• Lake Eva Aquatic Center  
  Reservations for Lake Eva Aquatic Center are now open and are available on weekends only from April 4 - October 31, 2026, and Saturdays only from November 7 - 21, 2026.

  Reservations for Janet J. Smith Aquatic Facility are now open and are available on weekends only from April 4 - October 31, 2026, and Saturdays only from November 7 - 21, 2026.

Available times are 9:30-11:30 AM or 6:30-8:30 PM. 

All reservations must be made at least fourteen (14) days in
advance. Reservations must be made in-person at the Lake Eva Community
Center, located at 555 Ledwith Ave., or at the Oakland Neighborhood Center, located at 915 Ave. E, between the hours of 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Please bring your completed application, photo I.D., proof of residency (if you reside inside the city limits of Haines City), and all applicable fees when coming to book your date. All reservation requests must be approved by the Parks & Recreation Director.

The rental fees listed are for the 2 hour time block listed above. 
Lifeguard fee of $10 per hour, per lifeguard is also required.
