The Haines City Employee of the Month honor for December goes to Joseph Reynolds, a grounds maintenance technician from Parks and Recreation!

Joseph has been a Parks employee for 1-1/2 years, during which he has continually proven to be a very valuable asset to our city. His work ethic and commitment to his responsibilities are above and beyond. 

Joseph's calm demeanor and patience make him one of the most efficient trainers within his department. The respect that he and his staff show for each other is evident and a testament to his leadership. Joseph is constantly thinking ahead of ways to increase productivity, and regularly provides beneficial information and suggestions that benefit not only his staff, but the entire department. 

A very organized plan of action with a goal are Joseph's preferred way of working through his responsibilities on a daily basis. Everyone in the Parks Division is thankful and proud to have Joseph as a part of their team.
