Ribs on the Ridge is where the sweet smells of barbecue smokers fill the air, and pit masters fire up platters of goodness. This two day sanctioned event through the Florida BBQ Association, will bring professional and backyard teams from across Florida and other states to compete for cash prizes, trophies, and bragging rights to the best BBQ in town. This year the Haines City Parks and Recreation Department is proud to welcome national recording country artist Craig Campbell to the Ribs on the Ridge stage Friday, February 22nd at 7:30 PM! With hits like “Family Man” “Outta My Head” “Fish” and “Keep Them Kisses Comin’” he is sure to entertain! Local favorite Kenzie Wheeler will hit the stage as the opening act!
