Pursuant to Section 102.141(2) and 101.591 (3), Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the City of Haines City, Florida, will hold the following Canvassing Board Meetings for the Regular Election on Tuesday, April 2, 2019:
• Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter - Canvassing Board Meeting, Supervisor of Elections Operations Center – 70 Florida Citrus Boulevard, Winter Haven, FL. 33880.
• Thursday, April 4, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. - Canvassing Board Meeting, Election Certification, and Random Precinct Selection for audit. City Hall – 620 East Main Street, Haines City, FL. 33844.
• Monday, April 08, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. – Canvassing Board Meeting for the Post Election Audit. Supervisor of Elections Operations Center – 70 Florida Citrus Boulevard, Winter Haven, FL. 33880.
