Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

National Hispanic Heritage Month ©EBSCO

Each year, Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15, by celebrating the histories, cultures, and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. We are proud of the diversity of the Haines City community. We are also proud of the many employees who share their Hispanic heritage every day with their colleagues and the citizens of Haines City. Throughout the month we will spotlight many of those employees with you. Take a look each day on the city and police department's Facebook page to learn more about our employees with a Hispanic Heritage.
