This information is intended to familiarize City Commission Candidates, Campaign treasurers, and Residents with the duties and responsibilities required under Florida’s Election Laws, and the Haines City Charter. All requirements prescribed by State Statute, and included in this material, is subject to change by the Florida Legislature.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 100.021, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the CITY OF HAINES CITY will hold the following elections under the conditions specified:

2017 MUNICIPAL ELECTION

For City Commissioner, Seat No. 5

Term of 4 Year

RUN-OFF ELECTION               Tuesday, May 2, 2017

 

POLLING LOCATIONS

Your polling location may have changed for this election. The polling places for the 2017 Municipal Elections are hereby designated as:

Precincts 402, 407 & 408 Oakland Neighborhood Center (Auditorium), 915 Ave E, Haines City, FL 33844

Precincts 306, 405, 409 & 410 Haines City Community Center, 555 Ledwith Avenue, Haines City, FL 33844

The polls will open at the polling places at 7:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time, and will close at 7:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, on the specified day of the election.

Su lugar de votación podría haber cambiado para estas elecciones. Los lugares de votación asignados para las Elecciones Municipales 2017 son:

Distritos Electorales 402, 407 & 408 Oakland Neighborhood Center (Auditorio), 915 Ave E, Haines City, FL 33844

Distritos Electorales 306, 405, 409 & 410 Haines City Community Center, 555 Ledwith Avenue, Haines City, FL 33844

La votación empezará a las 7:00 A.M., hora del este, y terminará a las 7:00 P.M., hora del este, del día especificado para las elecciones.
