Overview

LindaThe Office of the City Clerk is the information hub of the City of Haines City, and the City Clerk serves at the pleasure of the City Commission.  The Clerk’s Office handles a variety of City Services:

Cemetery Management Services

The Office of the City Clerk provides the following services of cemetery management: gravesite lot availability, sales, location services, issuance of deeds, management of cemetery records, and coordination of monument installations. We are here to serve you and just a phone call away (863) 421-9921.

Election Administration

The Office of the City Clerk is responsible for the conduction of the General Municipal, Special, and Run-off Elections. We are here to provide the utmost professional guidance in the areas of: qualifying, public notice, campaign reporting, and the entire election process. All interested parties running for office or general information should contact the City Clerk at (863) 421-9921.

Public Records Requests

Pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, transparency in government is essential to the credibility and reputation of the entity. The City of Haines City strives to excel at providing citizens with the documents requested in the most professional and timely manner. The Code of Ordinances and the Land Development Regulations are accessible through this website. Should you require any other additional documents, we are here to assist you.
