Group Outings (Summer Camps)
NEW RESERVATION PROCEDURE!
Thank you to all of the camps and groups that came to visit the Haines City Aquatics Center this summer. 2018 group information will be available in the spring.
In order to better accommodate all groups, each group will be allowed to book up to 4 dates for the entire summer. After the first round of approvals go out and there are dates still available, we will open up the option for you to add more dates. If you would still like to submit all of your dates at one time, you may do that, but only your top 4 will be approved, if available, in the beginning. Please list your dates in order of preference.
Click here to submit a Group Visit Request. Our staff will respond to your request within 5 business days. Remember, we will no longer be accepting walk up groups. In order to be able to serve our community and allow summer camps, we can only accept up to 150 campers and (chaperones) per day.
You will need to request your day(s) and wait for approval. Date requests will be approved in the order that they were received. Once approved, we will send you a confirmation email. Please complete and return this form ASAP to lock in your date. Please be prompt in requesting your day(s), once we reach our daily limit, that day will no longer be available. Dates are available Monday – Friday ONLY.
This reservation system applies ONLY to summer camps from various municipalities or organizations that will be visiting during the week (Monday-Friday). If you are looking to book the facility for a private party on Saturdays or Sundays, please contact the Community Center at 863-421-3700 for more information or click here for the reservation packet.
