Applications are now being accepted for the City of Haines City Plaque Program. This program has been established as a standard for recognizing and honoring individuals, civic groups, or businesses who have made a significant contribution or impact on the City of Haines City. This year, applications will be accepted until April 30.

Plaques will be a bronze 8"x6" plaque with raised gold letters, with a 24" angled stake mount, and can be placed at either Ben W. Graham Park or Lake Eva Park.

Applications are available on the City website (under Parks and Recreation), or can be picked up at City Hall, the Lake Eva Community Center, the Oakland Neighborhood Center, or the Haines City Public Library.

For more information, contact Haines City Parks and Recreation at 863-421-3700.
