Oakland Neighborhood Center is the home for Heidi’s Academy of the Performing Arts. Age eligibility is from age 3 years (potty trained) and older. Registration takes place on the nights that classes are held. Those days and times are Tuesdays and Thursdays evening @ 5:00 PM at our Oakland Auditorium.
