This class is located at the Haines City Aquatic Center, near Lake Eva Park, Monday and Friday nights from 6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (No class Memorial Day 5/28). This program is perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class, so you can let loose in a fun, joint-friendly way. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles! Join the party!
